    Group Runs

    Meet us at the store every Monday for a group run on the rail trail, located behind the store at 5:30pm.

    All ages and abilities welcome!

    Every Wednesday from June to August. The Mile begins at 7:00pm. Location may vary. Please arrive about 15 minutes before the mile begins. The fastest runner rarely wins!

    Brand ambassadors are local runners who represent our local running store in all things running. The members form an exclusive club who are provided a branded singlet to wear in road races. We ask that members volunteer at our races/events if not competing, tag us on social media, wear a brand of shoe we sell at group runs. In return, members receive discounts throughout the entire year.

    Girls on the Run

    We love supporting all levels and aspects of runners and walkers' lives. 

    We are especially proud of what Girls on The Run is doing for the future generations for the female youth in our community.
